Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course
Designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for first-time or renewal bloodborne pathogens training, the Heartsaver® Bloodborne Pathogens course trains employees to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials.
This course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens, such as correctional officers, school personnel, childcare workers, hotel housekeepers, security guards, health and fitness club staff, maintenance workers, and tattoo artists.
One and a half hours.
Courses are held on a regular basis on campus.
Courses can be arranged for workplace groups, schools or other organizations on-site or on the Clarkson College campus. Call 402.552.3038 for details.
Heartsaver® Bloodborne Pathogens Student Workbook. The cost of the workbook is included in the course registration fee.
$20 per person payable by cash, money order or credit card (VISA, MC, Discover) at time of registration.
Course Completion Card
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Bloodborne Pathogens course completion card.
All class sessions are held on-site of a facility or at Clarkson College, located on 42nd and Douglas Streets in Omaha, Neb.
Class fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided if an individual cancels, does not attend or does not complete the entire class.
