Important Tax Information

Hope & Lifetime Learning Tax Credits

Clarkson College students may be eligible to claim various tax credits for their education dollars.

The Tax Relief Act of 1997 (TRA97) established two education tax credits, a tuition and fee deduction and a student loan interest deduction.

1098T Tax Information

You may access your 1098T tuition statement online now.

To access your 1098T tuition statement for the 2013 tax year, visit the Vangent TRA Pearson website.  If you have not set up a user ID and password, select “First Time Students.” 

If you have not accessed your 1098T on the Vangent website by Jan. 19, it will be mailed to the address on your Clarkson College record by Jan. 31, 2014.

If you are unable to access your information, call Vangent at 1.800.223.0043 and a customer service representative will assist you. You may also contact Student Accounts at 402.552.3426.
