To access Canvas, you must be a Clarkson College student, faculty or staff member. First, check the spelling on your email and password. Next, try resetting your password. If all else fails, contact the IT department at 402.552.3911
Click Courses > All Courses from the Canvas global navigation menu. Keep in mind that all courses disappear six weeks after the semester is officially over. Past courses cannot be reopened.
Courses are available to students on the first day of the semester, and must be published by faculty in order for you to see them. Additionally, some programs may block access to certain courses if you are non-compliant with all of your health and safety requirements. Contact your faculty or advisor accordingly.
Use the Help button available on the Canvas global navigation menu to access 24/7/365 support. If the issue is related to course content, your faculty may be able to assist you.
