About the Room Options
- Single room in a suite: Available to all students, new and returning.
- Two rooms in a suite: You get two bedrooms and one bathroom/vanity, which is half of a suite. This option is available to returning students who have lived in the Residence Hall for at least three semesters.
Which Contract Is Right for Me?
- Annual contract: This option has the lowest rate. You commit to Fall, Spring, and Summer.
- Semester-by-semester: This option is more flexible. You choose only the semesters you need, and you pay a higher rate for each one.
Before You Apply
Your Lease Term
- Pick every semester you plan to stay. On your Housing Application, check the box for each semester you plan to live on campus. Those semesters become your lease term. Your lease term is part of your Residence Hall Housing Agreement and is subject to all of its terms and conditions.
- Moving out early costs $500. Leaving before your lease term ends breaks your contract. Students dismissed from the College and students relocating for clinicals are exempt from this fee.
- Clinical mid-semester? If you need to live in the Residence Hall for only part of a semester, for example until Spring Break, talk with the Residence Hall Coordinator about special pricing.
Additional Costs
- Residence Hall deposit: $150 per student
- Parking (Nebraska Medicine campus): Contact Parking Services at 402.559.8580.
