Transfer Credit Inquiry Form
Please complete all fields of this form. To accurately evaluate potential transfer credits, please obtain and upload either a copy of the course descriptions or course syllabus for each course from the transferring institution. If the documentation submitted does not provide sufficient information regarding the content of the course, you will be asked to provide additional documentation before a determination can be made.
An official transcript is not required at this time. However, in order for transfer credit to be granted, there must be “…evidence of satisfactory scholarship, i.e. at least a ‘C-‘ in academic courses for undergraduate courses and a ‘B-‘ for graduate courses in graded courses…" Additionally, all transfer courses must be completed prior to a student's initial term of enrollment.
