Students seeking placement with an M.D. or D.O. must communicate placement with the individual physician’s student placement coordinator.

Complete the following steps for your clinical placement site.

  1. All students doing clinicals with CHI must have a placement through My Clinical Exchange (mCE).
    1. Students need to create an account and input a request in mCE.
    2. Student should list MSNAdvising@ClarksonCollege.edu as their coordinator.
    3. If the student has confirmation from a preceptor this information needs to be added in the comments section of the request.
    4. CHI will prioritize their employees. Students should indicate if they are employed with CHI.
  2. Once a placement is made in mCE, the student needs to submit their DocuSign.
  3. Clinical Compliance Checklist in mCE.
    1. Complete all items on the checklist, this information can be found in CastleBranch.
    2. Please pay attention to what each item is asking – some items need renewal dates others need date vaccine was administered and some items require documentation.

      1. To order your drug screening use code CS70dt in CastleBranch. Contact your advisor or the compliance office with questions.
      2. If you are unsure or need clarification on the drug screening requirements, please contact your advisor.
